Ownership of Site; Agreement to Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to the DC Maids website located at dcmaids.com, and all associated sites linked to dcmaids.com (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is the property of DC Maids ("DC Maids", "we", "us") and its licensors. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

DC Maids reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

Service Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Scheduling

- All services must be scheduled through our official website or authorized channels
- 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling
- Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount

2. Payment Terms

- Payment is required at the time of booking
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Additional charges may apply for extra services or excessive cleaning requirements

3. Service Access and Security

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the cleaning location. We are not responsible for security system issues or lockouts.

4. Damage or Loss

- Report any damage within 24 hours of service
- We maintain insurance coverage for verified damage caused by our staff
- We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage

5. Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean any unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. DC MAIDS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, DC, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
